Reminders of the city's turbulent 20th-century history can be seen in the parts of city. The city's also known for its art scene and modern landmarks like the gold-coloured, swoop-roofed Berliner Philharmonic, built in 1963. We encourage you to submit your work to this online event.
The selected projects are privately judged by a random team of invited experts from academia and the film industry worldwide, against a high standard of merit. From the official selection pool, which has a very competitive acceptance rate, Berlin Shorts Award chose the nominees and award winners of the month. All the Winners will receive the Official Laurels and the winning-category certificate.

Paris International Women Festival is a seasonal competitive Festival that valorizes the work of women filmmakers or films about women. In this festival, we are looking for a unique and innovative perspective from female filmmakers to introduce them and promote them. We also accept projects directed by non-female directors who have something important to say about womanhood.
The festival has a seasonal structure. First, the judges will privately review the submitted materials, and subsequently, they will announce the winners. The winner’s projects will then be introduced to our social media. A few of the winners will be then considered for our seasonal online event.

One night, attracted by the sound of a music box in the stairwell, he spots a strange man smoking in the stairwell. He throws candy at the man to stop him smoking. The next day, Xinxin and the man meet again in the stairwell. After some conversation, he inadvertently passes on the concept that his Grandma told him to the man. Soon after, Xinxin's cat comes back to him, and he posts a note on the window of the stairwell telling this good news to the man.
