The city’s funding of $7 million for improvements to the 18th and Vine Jazz District in 2016, coupled with the city’s rich musical heritage, contributed to the designation. Entries do not need to be from the region, but should be music videos from 2017 onwards.

This is the festival in which the only criteria to judge your work is its "artistic" quality and not any political demand of the current society.
